What We Believe
We believe God's Word has been perfectly preserved in the King James Version. We believe that it is without error in its content, its teachings, and its historical accuracy. We believe that each word is inspired by God
We believe in the autonomy of the local church, and therefore we are not connected with any conventions. We believe each church has everything it needs to fulfill the Great Commission.
We believe that the Bible is the only rule of faith and practice in the Baptist church. Our preaching is full of Bible, and void of man's opinions and traditions.
We believe in Biblical regeneration. A person must see his lost and condemned position before God, his complete inability to merit his own salvation, and repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ to receive the gift of salvation. We believe in the eternal security of the believer. We believe true salvation will result in a changed life. We believe that "whosoever will" may be saved.
We believe that only Scripturally regenerated individuals are candidates for baptism. We believe that baptism joins a saved individual to the local church. We believe that baptism is a picture of salvation, but it is not a component of salvation.
We believe in and practice church discipline as the Biblical method of keeping God's local church pure.
